ABOUT ME
I have 6 years of clinical practise as a humanistic and relational counselling psychotherapist. In this time I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, PTSD, the impacts of bullying and abuse, workplace bullying, bereavement, identity questions and chronic illness. I have a special interest in working with trauma, particularly relational and complex trauma. Additionally, I have experience facilitating groups in the cultural sector and am an assistant tutor at The Link psychotherapy training institute in Sussex.
I identify as a Black British woman with Caribbean roots and am no stranger to the losses and changes that come with the passage of time. I am a trauma and neurodivergent informed practitioner and my couples and relationship training and beliefs embrace the full spectrum of sexual relationships and identities.
