ABOUT ME
I am a humanistic practitioner, this means that I hold the inherent worth of all of my clients as sacred. I have over five years of clinical practise, in which time I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, PTSD, the impacts of bullying and abuse, bereavement and chronic illness. I have a special interest in working with trauma, particularly relational and complex trauma.​

Additionally, I have experience facilitating groups and am an assistant tutor at The Link psychotherapy training institute in Sussex. I have travelled widely, including stints living abroad and have worked previously as a learning support assistant in schools and as a Producer in both culture and media.
QUALIFICATIONS & REGULATORY BODIES
I hold a Diploma in Counselling and am an accredited member of NCPS (National counselling and psychotherapy society)
I am also registered with UKATA (United Kingdom Association of Transactional Analysts) and UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy)
I have completed by core psychotherapy training in Transactional Analysis (TA) and am working towards further qualification in this area.

My undergraduate degree is in Social Anthropology.
